Our history
Alison Burgess:
Alison spent 15 years at Loblaw leading enteprise-wide process design, and more than two years at Vale leading their Base Metals global operational excellence team across Canada, Brazil and Indonesia. She combines operational rigor with people-first approach, making change stick while delivering measurable results.
Andrew Gardler:
Andrew brings over 30 years of expertise in Continuous Improvement through Lean and Six sigma with broad experience across manufacturing, retail, transportation and mining. He focuses on practical solutions that drive results quickly, embedding capability with teams to ensure long-term success.
